The terms that govern your access to and use of the European Impact Map.

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the europeanimpactmap.com website (the “Service”), operated by Public Value Hub gGmbH. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

Access to the Service

Public Value Hub gGmbH grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Service for informational purposes. You agree not to:

By submitting content to the Service - including but not limited to impact listings, comments, or other contributions - you grant Public Value Hub gGmbH a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute such content in connection with the Service.

You represent and warrant that you own or control all rights to the content you submit, that it is accurate, and that it does not infringe upon any third party’s rights.

Content ownership

All content, design, and materials on the Service, including text, graphics, logos, and data compilations, are the property of Public Value Hub gGmbH or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use any content without the express written permission of Public Value Hub gGmbH.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Governing law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Leipzig, Germany.
